As UX Designer leader with over 17 years of experience in the design industry. I have honed my skills in UX design, consistently showcasing best practices to deliver engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. Known for my dependability and hard work, I have a proven track record of successfully launching cross-platform apps and products, including but not limited to the Ford Bronco App, features within Ford Pass App, and Subaru 2019 infotainment systems, meeting the goals set out by product owners and business stakeholders.
Specializing in strategy and customer goals, I excel in designing comprehensive customer journey’s, wireframing, informational architecture, user interactions, and delivering high-quality designs to production backed by user research methods. My expertise extends to developing robust design systems and optimizing design operations, ensuring seamless integration and consistency across digital products. With a background in building cross-platform omni-channel experiences for key brands, I have an extensive understanding of mobile platforms and their seamless integration for ease of use. My experience includes working with SaaS software, eCommerce for both B2C and B2B, and unifying brand identity across products.
I am also dedicated to mentoring junior designers, helping them unlock their potential and grow in their careers. As an advocate for user-centric design, I champion for the creation of digital products that prioritize and enhance the customer experience. My commitment to placing the customer at the heart of every design decision is evident in my work and approach.
